Those lands are located at the entrance of the town of Caño Negro, and also in front of the Lagoon of Caño Negro. We are the only hotel beside and just in front of the National Refuge of Caño Negro.

This is the official Government office in charge to register every property in Costa Rica. Also, we personally owned those lands for up to 20 years already.
